International Science Linkages

The Australian Government, through the International Science Linkages (ISL) program, will provide $94.5 million over nine years to support international scientific collaboration.

ISL supports Australian scientists, from both the public and private sectors, to collaborate with international partners on leading edge science and technology in order to contribute to Australia’s economic, social and environmental wellbeing.

* In the 2009-10 Budget, the Government announced that it will not proceed with funding for a 2009 Competitive Grants round. As a result there will be no Competitive Grants round held in 2009.

The Australian Academy of Humanities is currently calling for applications under the International Science Linkages (ISL): Humanities and Creative Arts Programme, an initiative supported under the ISL Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences Academies Program.
